Shipping & Returns
Shipping
We offer free next working day delivery on orders over £50 for flue liners, flue parts and stoves when ordered before 1:00pm Monday to Friday (excluding Scottish Highlands and UK islands).
Small parcel orders are delivered by DPD, while larger orders are shipped via Palletforce or Palletline. Pallet deliveries are made using a 7.5-tonne vehicle and are delivered kerbside.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details and courier information so you can monitor your delivery.
Whilst we work with reliable courier partners, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond their control. For this reason, we strongly recommend that you do not book installers or tradespeople until your order has been received and checked for any damage or shortages.

Returns
We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the goods:
- Are unused
- Are in their original packaging
- Are free from damage
- Remain in a re-saleable condition
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return of goods. We recommend using a tracked and signed-for delivery service to ensure safe return and proof of receipt.
Once returned goods are received, they will be inspected. If they are found to be in a re-saleable condition, a refund will be processed. Refunds are normally issued within a few working days, although please allow up to 30 days.
Returns Due to Ordering Errors or Change of Mind
If goods are returned because they were ordered in error or are no longer required, the refund will be subject to the original delivery cost incurred by Trade Price Flues. This may differ from the amount paid by the customer at checkout.
How to Return Goods
Before returning goods, please log in to your online account and submit a return request. Please include a copy of your original order, clearly highlighting the item(s) being returned, and attach this securely to the parcel.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on flexible flue liner, as each liner is cut to the customer's required length and is therefore a bespoke product.
