    Sump adaptors connect from the stove pipe up to round clay liners where a flexible flue liner is not going to be used. Generally fitted on new build properties or properties that have been fitted with a clay or round masonry flue. Also known as a spun pot adaptor.

    I have an existing 7" clay liner from our houses original build. I'm wanting to connect to a 5" stove pipe. Is this the right item and how does it fit to the clay liner?

    Hi Steve,

    This is indeed designed for connection from the stove pipe up to a round clay liner where a flexible flue liner is not going to be used,

    We would recommend speaking to your HETAS registered installer for specifics but the rounded end is usually bolted to the surface onto which the sump is to be fitted.
