Shipping & Returns


If your order is over £150 this entitles you to free next day delivery (if ordered before 1pm Mon-Fri excluding Scottish Highlands and all UK islands) for flue liners, flue parts and stoves.

Deliveries will be made via Parcelforce or if you have made a larger order it will be made via the pallet network. Once your order has been despatched you will receive email verification which will include your tracking number and instructions on how you can contact the courier/ track your delivery.

The couriers we use, we have found to be the most reliable, but sometimes factors out of their control such as traffic etc could delay the delivery, so please do not book any Trades people to carry out your install until you have received your delivery and happy that it is in good condition.

After you have received your delivery, we hope that you will be happy with the purchase that you have made and that it will be fit for the install as you require. However we are aware sometimes this may not be the case for whatever reason, it could be as simple as it is not the part you require.

Therefore, we are happy for you to return the goods if they are in the original packaging and free from any damage (re-saleable condition) within 30 days of purchase.

It is up to the customer to get the goods back to us. Unfortunately, we cannot arrange any collection for returns. It is simple for you to do just take the goods to your local post office and we recommend using a ‘sign for’ service, this way you can track the shipment and know when we have received them back.

On receiving the goods back, we will inspect them for any damage. If the goods have been damaged in transit on the way back to us, it is up to you as a customer to pursue a claim through the courier with which you chose to send the goods back with.

If on inspecting the goods, we find they are in a re-sellable condition we will issue a full refund (minus original carriage if your order was under £150). The refund will be processed within 30 days of receiving the goods back to us. However, this is usually done within the same working week.

Orders which are returned, where a customer has ordered in error or decided to cancel, will be refunded minus the cost of carriage to Trade Price Flues Ltd. This is NOT the amount paid by the customer, but the direct cost to Trade Price Flues Ltd to deliver the goods.

Before returning goods, please log into your online account and request a return, stating which product it is you are wanting to return. Please also print a copy of the original order off highlighting which product you are returning and place this in a sealed envelope and attach it to the parcel.

Unfortunately as our flexible flue liner is cut to length for each individual order we are not able to accept returns on flexible flue liner.
